I had to completely rebuild my domain, it needed it so no
big deal. Just didn't want to do it now.
SBS2003, mix of XP and 2000 clients.
One machine, my workstation, cannot connect to Exchange.
"The action could not be completed. The connection to the
Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be
online or connected to complete this action."
I also run a Proxy server, and it refuses to connect
through it. Everyone else is fine.
But I can ping the DC (with Exchange / Proxy) by name or
FQDN. I can map drives and see files etc. And IPCONFIG
looks right.
I did have to take this workstations out and back into
the domain(although I had to do this with all of the
other workstations too and they are fine).
I have tried connecting wheile logging on with other IDs
and still no luck.
My laptop, using my id connects just fine.
So does anyone have an idea what I trashed on my
workstation ?? I don't really want to rebuild it right
now if I don't have to.
