Hi Damien,
It's a suite so far as the purchase contains all you need to protect your
SBS network, and then there's the price ;-). You can purchase the products
separately, but you don't get the suite (sweet) price.
I don't know why your hourly update isn't working, that isn't a problem with
the product. Updates work, otherwise the product would be useless. It's
something specific to your environment or configuration.
Like I said, don't be looking in officescan for any help with scanmail, it's
a separate application.
Like I said, the scanmail web console isn't worth spending any time on. You
need java if you want to run it at the server console instead of from a
workstation, but why bother when the application interface is superior and
is right there on the start menu.
I don't know about ISA feature pack, but there's no problem with CSM and
Exchange sp1. I doubt there are any issues with ISA feature pack either.
Perhaps you'll have better luck with another A/V solution, others here will
have some suggestions.
