Hi Qrt,
Do you have another DC ? If so:
"you must be a member of the domain admins, schema admins, and enterprise
admins group".
For this error, please use ntdsutil to verify the SBS holds all the FSMO
roles. If you have multiple DCs running on your domain, ensure all of them
are up and running.
