I know nothing about Access, but I took over a server running an Access app.
When I moved them to SBS, I created a separate group for those users that
needed to use this Access database, and gave them full rights to the shared
directory that the database was stored, and I was off and runnning. I have
since upgraded them to SBS2003 and it still works.

Next time I'm over there at the site, I will try to remember to review "how"
everything is setup.
