First, go ahead and create a user setup for him in SBS. This will then allow
him to use OWA into SBS, if he ever cares.

Second, then create a new contact in AD for this user, and assign his
earhlink address to it

Third, go back to his SBS user profile, and under the Exchange tab, select
to have all incoming email automatically forwarded to his contact.

Then, all incoming email (either externally or internally) will be forwarded
to his earthlink acct.
