What are you saying? That people don't know the difference between Windows
XP and Office XP? I've never seen that before! 8^)
Tragic (true) story: a guy gets a new PC with Office 2003 Basic
preinstalled, then realizes he doesn't have PowerPoint. So he goes to the
store to get an upgrade. Knowing that he wants the latest and greatest
thing, he buys an upgrade to ... Office XP Standard! He proceeds to install
that on top of Office 2003 and in the process removes his ability to access
his PST file. Meanwhile, he's sent the Office 2003 Basic CD back to Dell
because it's not what he wanted. Took at least 3 hours for me figure out
what he'd done and how to get his mail back. 8^(
