This issue can occur when a driver requests pool memory in which the
request must be satisfied. If the system is out of resources and there is
not enough pool memory to be allocated, this error message is generated.
This issue is often caused by a driver that is leaking memory.
To troubleshoot this issue, disable all third-party filter drivers or
programs. Enable one driver at a time, while monitoring non-paged pool
usage by using Performance Monitor. Also, make sure that your computer is
running the latest drivers and program patches, including service packs.
