We too are experiencing a high number of SBS2003/Exchange2003 email errors.

Specifically, we have the following problems:

- 1000+ Pop email errors in event log/day
Patching Exchange 2003 seems to reduce this to about 100/day, but the
100 are still a problem

- Legitimate emails landing in Admininstrator's account instead of intended
user's account
    Most mail gets delivered properly
Mail from certain senders always ends up in the Administrator account
Mail may or may not contain hyperlinks and/or attachments
Mail may or may not be sent directly to user (could be a to: or a cc: or
a group)

- Legitimate emails landing in user's Deleted Items folder instead of
inbox - across several installs, no rules in place
Mail from certain senders always ends up in Deleted Items folder
Mail from random senders may end up in Deleted Items folder

As our number of installs are on the increase, this is becoming a daunting
task to manage. All affected servers are using the POP3 connector,
downloading from a "catchall" email account and parsing into the prospective
accounts.

Any help appreciated... this is getting urgent.

Thanks in advance.

Doug
