URGENT: Are your servers shutting down

We have found TWO SBS 2003 servers who are shutting down without warning or
error during the evening.

I have a suspicion it may be a Trend Micro problem again. This is ONLY a
suspicion.

Can anybody else verify that they are also experiencing this issue? These
are two completely separate networks with SBS 2003 and CSM-SMB.

Please let me know here if you've seen this happen lately as well.
