Hello,
I was able to figure out the files required by the License Wizard, and
resolved my issue that way, registering the files manually. Reinstall was
not possible, and I didn't want to risk the install wizard on the setup.
Thanks anyway, it's a shame there wasn't a better, reasonably clear way to
do this otherwise.
