Hi,

Port 80 is open and forwarded to a Security Camera system and needs to be
open for online security monitoring - nothing to do with the sbs box - it's
on a different address.

Just wondering if this could be causing the problem - having port 80 open
and going somewhere other than the SBS box... like - if it was open it
should be going to the SBS otherwise shut. Anyone know?

No - can't get in with IP/remote. Certificate setup for correct A record.
