Hi Jimmy

Lets see if I understand you. You have an account jw@yourdomain.com and a
user name of jw in domain yourdomain.local You want to forward mail coming
to jw@yourdomain.com to jw@comcast.net

If I further understand you the mail is coming to you now at
jw@yourdomain.com thru your Outlook and your user jw. If this is correct use
the procedure I listed to open your JW user account in Server Management,
Users and Select The Exchange General Tab. On that tab Select Delivery
Options Button and on the page you will see a Radio button to select to
Forward Mail to outside email address. you have to select the button to
enter anything there.

Now I must Apologiize because as I walked through the procedure I see that
there is a problem with permissions and we may need an Exchange guru here to
help. When I first tested this it was on my server and now I am answering
this on another one and I see that the address line is grayed out. If
someone doesn't chime in here you may need to post this in the Exchange
Server group.
