Enable Auto disconnect in SBS 2003

Hi,
Have a small business server 2003 standard edition and
the problem whenever it connects to download e-mail
through pop3 connector the line stayed up until we
disconnect manually by bulling the cable.
Anybody knows how to enable auto disconnect feature in
SBS 2003 if it used only download pop3 Mails.
