probably, but not much from a network perspective.
Performing tasks at the server would probably be more responsive with a 2nd
CPU and I don't know about you but if I have to wait a few extra seconds for
a window to appear on the server at the RARE times anyone uses it I don't
really give a stuff.
With your CPU usage floating 40-70% a 2nd CPU will possibly speed things
slightly but no more.
What sort of HDD subsystem? IDE?SATA?SCSI?RAID?
How many users?
What motherboard?
A fully implemented SBS performs many tasks and needs to perform them
simultaneously constantly. CPU demands are normally a much lower factor than
IO, bus IO, HDD IO, network IO, any IO.
