OK, thanks Les.
Just so you know, I did try each of the steps you suggested before moving on
to the next one.
So, here is a status update.
I have only 1 POP3 account configured. It is routing to a specific user,
rather than a Global box.
I've set all the logging items you mentioned to maximum.
I looked in the C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\pickup and \badmail
and \Queue and found three files in the Bad Mail folder. Unable to determine
what they are, but the dates on them are from January 31st, so they probably
aren't the problem.
And I've verified that the VS API Virus scanning is Deselected.
I'll just see what happens and post back with the results.
