I am doing just that and it seems that you have a choice of using host
headers or ISA or ISA with host headers. I am using ISA as I need to
implement ssl on all sites. I also have a router to strip off ports that I
don't want people knocking on. I'm actually using separate processes from my
domain stuff to keep things separated.
