Hi Kieth,
This is a feature of Windows XP, and you can make use of it with SBS.
Look up 'remote assistance' in the XP online help for instructions on
configuration and use.
One way to use it in an SBS environment is from the Client Computers node of
Standard Management. You use RDP (either RWW or RDP direct) to connect to
the server desktop and run Server Management.
At the Client Computers node of Standard Management, you will see a link
titled 'offer remote assistance'. You can use that link to initiate a remote
assistance session. You may observe, assist, or take control of the session.
