Mark, please explain: do you currently have emails address to your company's domain name coming into Exchange? And now you somply want to forward those emails for one person to their personal POP3 email?

If so, then the solution is really simple: create a new contact in AD with that user's POP3 email address, then go to properties on that person's original userid, and indicate to forward a copy of all emails to the specified contact, and thus sending it to their POP3 account.

  Yes.
I have also edited the SMTP to set the primary to user@ourcompany.com

    Have you run the CEICW-wizard?

      Hello,
I am new to using exchange. I have set up all of the users and internal mail is working fine.
We still have our POP3 accounts until I become more familiar and have completed VPN and OWA setups. Until that time when we try
to mail a user to one of their POP3 accounts at USER@ourcompany.com all of their mail is
      routed to USER@ourcompany.local.
How do I setup Exchange to allow e-mail to be sent to the users POP3 account instead of to the .LOCAL account?
      Thanks for the help!
