Did you just happen to install Exchange 2003 SP1? If so, have you seen a
degradation in performance? I've got a customer right now who this is
happening to. He has no performance hit however. At this moment we're
running performance monitor for 3 days, and we're going to see if there's
an issue. I have a feeling that it's because of the baseline settings that
were taken when you setup your monitoring reports. Try getting rid of that
report and setup a new one. See if it still does it. I'm curious to know,
because that's what I'll be doing if Perf monitor shows no issues in my
case.

| I have an Exchange issue under Health Monitor state as
| follows;
|
| Health Monitor

| Exchange Server Alert
| Process (store.exe)
|
| Name Status
| store.exe Critical
|
| "The store.exe process is allocating more memory than
| usual. Check to see if you are having problems with e-
| mail. If so, stop and the restart the Microsoft Exhcange
| Information Store service. You can disable this alert or
| change its threshold by using the Change Alert
| Notifications task in the Server Management Monitoring
| and Reporting taskpad."
|
| I had done the stop and restart IMS service but it still
| comeup alert.
|
| Any comment would appreciate !
|
| Thank you
