Well, for what it is worth, I have done these edits without any problems at
all what so ever, as have many others. You must have done something wrong
really.
You would need to make changes in the Default Domain Controllers Policy and
the Default Domain Policy. Mariette has outlined all the steps just fine.
She has also put a warning at the bottem of the site with a possible
workaround to get you out of trouble.
Can you get access remotely?
