Hi Paul,

The reason that the webpage loads slow for the first time could have to do
with a setting in IIS. Each web has its application pool and your sites are
probably running in the default application pool. I prefer to create for
each site a different application pool. If you right click on the
application pool your site is running in you will see a tab called
performance. On this tab you can set the Idle Timeout. If you uncheck this
the application pool will never be in idle state and your site will load
much quicker.
