Roger,
I got a bit further by adding the OWA site to my trusted zone and making
sure Access Data Sources Across Domains is enabled. I found that on Google.
That let the mailbox load, but she still can't open the e-mails. She gets 3
authentication prompts and then Access Is Denied.
And I'm sure that's not a safe way to set it up.
Does that ring a bell?
