Can't help you there. MS Licensing is difficult enough. You might
like to contact MS Licensing an pass that on to them and their boatload
of Phyladelphia Lawyers and Dos Writers.

Consider the effects of a successful SQL injection, Port 80
intrusion or other exploit on your PDC, SQL Server Data, Accounts etc...
Ultimately it' up to you and your clients to asses the risks and
determine what is or isn't acceptable. Personally I wouldn't do it, and
wouldn't advise it.
