I have found several people in exchange and sbs groups
(can post links if needed).

Yes, using nothing but the wizards on a clean format. I
have looked at the 7000, 7001, 7009, etc. events at
eventid.com, but haven't found a solution yet. There is
nothing unusual about this new server and as I said, an
older evaluation SBS 2003 works fine. I was hoping
somebody might have seen this problem. I am on my fourth
clean install and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling
Exchange. Seems really strange to me.
