Thanks for posting here.
1.What user do you mean? If you created the user using AYW, it ahould be
able to login in any computer in the domain.
2.Go to the properties of the user. Under "Terminal services profile" tab,
check the option "Allow logon to terminal server".
3. To see his email he has to logon to the domain. Is this your question?
