Cris,
The only communications between the servers will be for mail only.
Currently, I'm running Win2k Servers at all the locations having a separate
domain for all of them. I can not keep a permanent telephone connection at
all the times as lines drop. Getting a leased/dedicated line is proving to
be very costly in this country, so, Terminal Services is out of question.
(Cost is one of the reasons I'm looking at SBS). Also, since I have 40-50
users at location B and C , all the users accessing their mails using
Terminal Services on telephone line will be very slow.
Right now, IGetMail downloads all the mails from my ISP server and puts them
into Lotus Notes at my office (Location A), which uses a modem to connect to
locations B & C (my warehouses) and transfers the mails there, and pick up
outgoing and internal mails for my office, which are routed out thru smtp
running at office location.
Can same functionality be achieved using SBS Premium?
Rgds,
Sunish.
