I have 2 clients with similar issue. I can't delete an e-
mail out of each inbox. Both are on different servers
and the e-mail is not from either person. When I try to
remove the e-mail I get an unknown error. I tried
stopping the information store but to no avail. Any
insite would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Keith
