Chris,

There are a couple of ways to do this.

The first is to require smart card login. Unless you issue the user
multiple smart cards, they will be locked down to a single install.

The second is to use the CConnect utility from the Windows 2000 Resource
Kit as described in:

One thing to note with this utility is that there is both and executable
and a script version in the resource kit. The executable will not run on
Windows XP, so the script must be implemented.
