Chris,

I recommend a couple of things that have not been covered. Uninterupted
Power Supply (Make sure you can plug your server in to the utility and UPS
at the same time) nothing worse then the UPS blowing and the utility is
still running but your server is down.

UPS
Good cooling.
Anti-Virus
Firewall

Things that were left out, perhaps because they are so obvious.
