Never worked. Well, the server has only been up for about 48 hours. The
backups pretty much are working except it always indicates failure because
it skips a bunch of files. When I tried to exclude the files it is skipping
since they are backed up through other methods (Exchange/SQL). For example,
it tells me that the Exchange\MDBData folder is a required system folder and
it will not let me exclude it. But, when it backs up it skipps all the
files in that folder because they are in use (of course). When I look at
the backup it has a backup of the Exchange IS. I would just prefer not to
get email messages that the backup has failed unless it actually has. I
have to keep connecting to the server to view the log in detail just because
it skips a few files. Since, this is the default backup configuration I
thought there might be something else. We are backing up to an external USB
HD.
Thanks
