I don't think it has anything to do with the timing issue. I have
started and stopped all of the services concerning sharepoint and sql
(no I don't have sql2000 loaded) and I still can't access companyweb.
Monitoring is working and the sharepoint admin is working but anything
that starts with companyweb won't work. Also I can't get the
SQLAgent$SHAREPOINT service to start. It gives a message stating that it
started and then stopped.
