doing web hosting in house on your main server is not secure or advisable.
SBS gives you more features but doesn't allow TS in app mode. It sounds
like you may want to get a reliable web host for what you are wanting to do.
S/w like Fantastico avaialble on hosts already has support ticket s/w and
photo gallery. You wouldn't have to reinvent the wheel.
