Hi Kirtan.
Thank you for posting in the Newsgroups.
If you are adding users with Administrative rights and not making those users Administrators, verify that those users are not members of any
groups listed in the following location:
Default Domain Controller policy.
Computer Configuration --> Windows Settings --> Security Settings --> Local Policies --> Policies --> User Rights Assignment: Shut down the
system.
