If windows update (SBK 03) says there are no new updates available...

I assume that the version of server OS is a key indicator of the foundation
and what is needed patch wise. Is there a page that gives an accumulation of
patches (at least for the common builds and not addressing third party
software) that would serve as a baseline must-have patch list?

1.) How do you know what patches are needed.
2.) How do you know if one should be installed before the other? Does it
matter?
3.) Is ISA a whole other string of patches to be monitored?

Humbly :-{
