Our Church recently bought a new 2003 SBS sever, changing over from Novell.

The migration went well.

Our basic setup is that I have Full Server administrator privilage, plus we
have an off-site administrator, and up to 15 worksatations

Everyone initially had local profiles but now I am changing them to use
roaming profile, which is proceeding well.

However now I have a working roaming profile, I found that when I loggon to
the orginal workstation, of my local profile, I have admin privilages for
that local Workstation and the Sever, but logon elsewhere i still server
admin but only user privilage for that workstation.

The current workaround is for me to setup a local account manully on all of
the workstation, the recognise me locally as a administrator via our domain,
the profile is still roaming but the account simple give me admin privilages
on the workstation.

What I want is to have domain force any workstation to recognise me locally
as an Administrator.

Also i need to have some logon's to be domain users' but workstation
administrator
also having the domain server forced privlages locally will ensure our
system sercurty polices
