I thought of 2 different approachs:
1. Set him up as POP3 only on Outlook like we use to with the ISP so once
the emails are read on Outlook, their off the Exhange server. But this
would also eliminate all the new functionality of SBS2003 for him.
or
2. Only have a weeks worth of emails in his Outlook and archive the rest.
But it would still mean he'd have to download a weeks worth of emails
everytime.
Other way didn't seem acceptable to him though.
