4.5 to 2003 SBS upgrade

I have a 4.5 server and want to upgrade to 2K3 SBS. I do
not have another server to do the migration. The customer
is small an cannot afford another machine.

I plan to backup the server and install from scratch
SBS2K3.
I plan to use exmerge for the Exchange data and restore
the data fiels from tape. I will recreate the user
accounts.

Does anyoneone have any sugesstions or another way? I only
have 1 server.
