This error 11 has been logged before when printinting to a SCSI printer
through Photoshop. This driver is related to you SCSI adapter. If you
have no printer on you SCSI chain, which I'll assume you don't, then you
may be experiencing some hardware problems related to the card or the
drives. I would get a good backup if you don't have one already. the
error 15 tells me you should also run chkdsk /f and /r.
