As you indicate, there is more than one way to skin a
cat. I have had very little success with restoring a
Windows Server using NTbackup. I work in a small shop,
and this is all the owner can afford. I use VMware
Workstation every day, but only in a test environment.
It works great for all types of scenarios, but I have
never tried it in a production environment. I am leaning
toward using Ghost to create an image I can store
offsite. Do you know if the regular version of Ghost
2003 would work on a server? Does the ASR backup work
well? I have created one, but never tried to restore a
server with it.
Thanks!
