Root... hang onto your seatbelt dear but you and me are old fashioned.
NNTP is seen as a "old" technology. Usenet rules are unknown in the
world of today. More and more people like web interfaces and not
newsreaders dear.

That said, they know and the issues with the Web interface [aka sucky to
me] are in the works
