Hi

If you can Telnet on port 25 to other clients and they are
NOT on your same ISP then you are not being blocked on
port 25. Try Telnet to one of those outbound frozen
queues. Can you send any mail? Try a test message to an
account you can retrieve. (not on your server of course)
If you can send any mail then your SMTP service is
running. If you can't then you need to look at why. If you
can send to most people then you needto look at those
specific queues. If you are sending allright to most then
you probably don't need to switch to Smarthost.
