Installation Problems SBS 2003: Client deployment error

Hi,
I installed (for the 1st time) a fresh copy of SBS 2003
Premium. During the installation, the following error
comes up: Client deployment error, installation failed.

Checking the Error log, I have roughly 70 error logs
during the installation, as well as the following error
log concerning client deplymnet:

Failed to set DACL to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows
Small Business Server\ClientSetup\Clients

Failed to set DACL to C:\ClientApps

Error copying Service Pack with Error

All of those error occures when the disc 4 is about to be
installed.

The hardware configuration is as follows:

Server with 1 Networkadapter, Netgear Router, DHCP by
SBS2003, connected to Internet broadband

Any help is welcome
