Hi Ryehia
Sounds like your ISP is blocking Port 25 switch to
SmartHost if you are using DNS for Outbound. If you can't
use Smarthost either then you will have to get a third
party to host a service to use a different port. I use
MailHop outbound from dyndns.org to send on port 2525
because Bellsouth blocks Port 25. Call your ISP Tech
support to confirm this.
