Hello,

Thank you for posting here.

I am not sure your meaning. Do you mean that you have a share folder and
ten users. All the users could access this share folder except two of them.
You have checked the user name, password, permissions. All the users could
access Inet, IM and email. Is this correct? If I misunderstood your
meaning, please let me know.

To troubleshoot this issue, could you please provide a screenshot of this
error?
To capture a screenshot:

a. Press the 'Print Screen' key on your keyboard (it may instead appear as
'PrnScrn', or something similar)
b. Click Start->Programs->Accessories and select the Paint program.
c. In the Paint program, select the Edit menu, and then select Paste.
d. Save this file and email it to me as an attachment.

For your convenience you may send the information to me at
v-qiz@microsoft.com

Did you try to disable this share and recreate a new one?

Did you try to create new user to have a test?

In addition, you may browse the following web sites as a reference:

I hope this information proves helpful to you.

Thanks and regards,
Alex Zhang
