Yes, "Save As" is an option. Only "Save" is greyed out.
SBS\Administration permissions for Domain Admins:
   Full Control, Modify, Read & Execute, List Folder Contacts, Read, Write.
For ITPro*.msc: Full Control, Modify, Read & Eexecute, Read, Write
They both have Special Permissions greyed out.
Yes, I am logged in as "Administrator".
