We just setup sbs2003. Everything works well throughout
the network. After installing the client apps on our xp
home and xp pro machines, outlook takes about five
minuets to connect. We had not been using outlook prior
to setting up MS exchange server, Our win98 machines with
outlook 2000 work just fine. Outlook 2003 on xp connects
immediatly after the mail account is first setup, but
then after the machine is rebooted, and outlook is
launched it takes 5 minuets to connect. There is no
trouble accessing the mapped drive on the sbs server and
once logged on to outlook the send/recieve works normally
unless the connection is lost and you have to logon again
to check your mail. Doese anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks,
Chris Brown
