Upgrade problem

Hi, I am upgrading an sbs2k server. All was going well
until the interragation of necissary requirements for the
upgrade to continue.
It stops saying that the account needs to be a member of
Domain admins,enterprise admins and schema admins.
I am logged in as domain administrator, and made sure I
was a member of the above groups.
Can anyone help
