Thanks for posting your question.
Open Exchange System Manager and navigate to Servers\{servername}\Queues.
You may want to click on "Disable Outbound Mail" while you do this.
Right-click the destination domain in question and choose find messages.
Click find now. You should see the sender, size of message,subject, etc.
