That's entirely relative on how you use your server. I have 2 GB of RAM on
my server. That is usually plenty for my small network. I am running
Exchange, ISA and SQL, but I only have a few users. Where I run into
memory problems is when I load up several Virtual PC's at the same time.
Those all want big chunks of memory. So the short answer is it is really
impossible to answer your question without knowing exactly how the server
is going to be used. You will be the best judge of how well the server's
performance is also. The system will run with 512 MB, but adding more is
always a good idea to improve performance.
