Matt has an excellent point. Mirroring is not a replacement for backups.

Mirroring is meant to provide redundency in case of drive failure.

If you are using mirroring instead of backups, in my opinion you asking for
trouble.

You would be better off breaking the mirror, refomatting the second drive
and using it as a storage area for backups. You can run the SBS backup
wizard and have it store the backup files to the second drive.
